Waiver

In order to participate in Autumn Ramp Park or the rock climbing gym, you must turn in a release form, NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you are under 18, the release form must be signed by your parent or legal guardian.  If your parent can not be present when you turn your form in, your form must be notarized by an official public notary before we can accept it.  Again, NO EXCEPTIONS.
