Mission

Mission Statement:

Watchmen exists to fulfill the mission of The Bridge through locating and discipling a volunteer staff who will foster active relationships with teens, reveal Christ and fulfill operational needs.

Vision Statement:

Watchmen, as a subsidiary of Bridge Ministries, Inc., will be a leading organization in the development of volunteer staffing for facility-based ministries.  We will create tools and provide resources to better aid organizations in establishing and equipping a volunteer staff for relationally-based ministry.

Philosophy of Ministry:

Watchmen desires to foster community, cultivate spiritual growth, establish purpose and ownership and provide safety for both students and volunteers; therefore, we will train, disciple and care for each volunteer in order to ensure optimal opportunities for effective ministry.
